HA! William Shatner can be pretty creepy too. I remember reruns of a Twilight Zone episode with him.

The Denny Crane part comes from him seeing James Spader on the warp nacelle, which in turn is reminiscent of the Twilight Zone episode, “Terror at 20,000 Feet”.
