Maybe he wears 2 pairs of underwear. One on the inside, one on the outside. In case he soils himself, he’s already got another pair to change into right away.

Everyone knows females like a man who is clean and hygienic, and what’s a better way of showing how clean and hygienic you are than SHOWING your underpants?!
